  • Do we need to bring anything to play?
    The short answer - No. Everything you need to enjoy our rooms are provided on-site. We only ask that you bring your wits and sense of adventure with you!
  • How many people can play?
    All our rooms have a minimum of 2 players per game and maximum number depending on the size of the room. This is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of every group since overcrowding can be a big issue.
  • Do we need to book to play?
    We accept walk in players, but since slots fill quickly, we highly advise players to book and reserve games through our website to ensure that the slot that you want is yours and yours alone.
  • Can kids/PWDs/Pregnant/People with special conditions play?
    Yes! But please note that our rooms may contain bright/dim lights, loud noises, smoke, dust and various other environmental hazards. We advise that players consider their physical and mental limitations and in the event that a player should quit or exit, no refunds will be given. For Kids: For certain themes, we may restrict the entry of minors of a certain age group. Players under 18 must be accompanied at all times by a legal guardian or adult. Please note that certain themes including horror, murder and drugs may not be suitable for young children.
  • What if we're late?
    Please inform us at least 1 hour before your game if you believe you won't be able to make it. For paid games, we can reschedule games up to one time. We adhere to a strict schedule to keep all of our games on time and in the event of a cancellation or late arrival, we reserve the right to not issue refunds.   • Do you offer senior or PWD discounts?
    Yes! For online bookings, be sure to specify how many participants will be availing of the Senior/PWD discounts. The amount will be deducted automatically and a input field at the customer registration page will be present for you to input the senior/pwd ID number. Senior/PWDs must still present their physical IDs upon check-in. We may charge the difference if no valid identification is presented. Senior/PWD discounts may not be availed for games that have already been booked & paid.
  • Can I take pictures/videos inside the room?
    Unfortunately, we do not allow any photographs or videos of the interiors of our room due to the nature of our business. We have select photo areas inside each room wherein we will take souvenir photos of the players. These photos are posted every weekend at our official Facebook page.
  • Is there anyone else with us inside the rooms?
    No. Our game masters will, on occassion, enter the room if they feel that there is a need to relay important messages to the players but it is our policy to leave players alone in order to immerse themselves in the room. All actions inside the room are monitored through CCTV cameras.
