TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The hero card entitles the bearer and his group to 1 free game at any

Left Behind branch.

2. The hero card has no monetary equivalence and may not be exchanged for money, discounts or favors.

​

3. The hero card may only be used once.

​

4. The hero card must be surrendered in order to avail of the free game. Any lost or tampered cards may result in us declining to offer a game.

​

5. The hero card does not entitle the bearer to any game over walk-ins or ongoing bookings. 

​

6. No re-bookings are possible for booked games using the hero card.

HOW TO BOOK

STEP 1: Look for an open slot in our book now section and take note of the date and time.

 

STEP 2: Contact us via Facebook Messenger or via our e-mail address at leftbehindph@gmail.com and have your Hero Card number ready.

 

STEP 3: Once we have confirmed the slot is available, we will retrieve your contact information along with the Hero Card number. Afterwards, we will manually block off the slot for you. 

​

STEP 4: Be sure you have your Hero Card with you! Upon check-in, we will collect the card and  you can enjoy your game. It's that easy!
